Final charges will be those displayed at the time of purchase.
Payment methods include credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and other digital wallets.
Incomplete or declined transactions due to payment issues cannot be attributed to Amantran.

5. Warranties & Disclaimers

6. Cancellation & Returns

Orders may be canceled at no cost before dispatch confirmation.
Returned items must comply with our 30-day money-back policy (exceptions apply to premium and customization services).
Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment source.
For Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
Returned items must be in original condition, unworn/unmodified, with all original certification and packaging.
Customized, engraved, or personalized items are non-returnable.

7. Liability & Limitation

Amantran is not liable for any delay or unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect shipping information.
We are not responsible for losses due to customs duties, import taxes, or regulatory hold-ups when shipping internationally.
Any failure in product performance outside of our testing environment and misuse will not be covered under warranty.

8. Conflict of Terms

If any part of these Terms conflicts with other policy statements (e.g., Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy), the specific policy relating to the matter in question will take precedence.

9. Severability

11. PAN Requirement

As per Indian tax regulations, customers must provide PAN details for purchases exceeding ₹200,000.

Amantran reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will apply from the date they are posted online. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

13. Product Availability & Order Fulfilment

All products are subject to availability.
If an item goes out of stock after the order is placed, you will be notified and given an option for a full refund or replacement.
In rare cases, due to high demand or technical error, the order may be canceled. Amantran reserves the right to accept or reject any order.

14. Made-to-Order & Custom Products

Customised jewellery (including engraved, resized, or bespoke pieces) is created uniquely for each client and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
A timeline for delivery will be shared at the time of placing a custom order. Any delay caused by client-side design approvals will impact the timeline.

15. Product Weight & Pricing Variations

The final weight of precious metal and gemstones may slightly vary (±5%) from the stated weight due to crafting processes. Price adjustments, if required, will be communicated before final invoicing.
Product images are for representation purposes only. Actual product may have minor design or finishing differences.

16. Certification & Authenticity

All diamond and gemstone jewellery sold by Amantran comes with a certificate of authenticity from recognised gemological laboratories or our in-house experts.
We use conflict-free, ethically sourced natural diamonds unless otherwise stated.

17. Repairs, Resizing & Maintenance

Resizing is free for the first time on applicable products (within 30 days of purchase).
Subsequent resizing, if possible, will be chargeable.
Repair or polishing services are offered at an additional cost after the free maintenance period (if applicable).
Customers are responsible for shipping the product to our service centre for repair/maintenance.

18. Shipping & Delivery

We offer insured and secure delivery for all jewellery purchases.
Free shipping is available within India on all orders.
International shipping may incur additional charges,duties, or customs levies based on destination laws.
Delay due to logistical issues, weather, strikes, or any other unforeseen event shall not make Amantran liable for compensation.

19. Account & Security

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials.
Any unauthorized activity under your account must be reported immediately.
Amantran is not liable for losses caused by misuse of account access.

20. Return Shipping Process

If you are eligible for a return, our team will coordinate a secure pickup from your address.
Return packaging must be tamper-proof, and all certificates, invoices, and accessories must be included.
If any of these components are missing, Amantran reserves the right to reject the return request.
